Materials used to build this wireless charger:
- The charger pad is made from acrylic and aluminum alloy.
- The internal technology of the wireless charging station is made of coiled copper wire that is self-bonded and attached to a circuit board made of zinc, aluminum, copper, solder paste and glass fabric. Flame-resistant solvents/epoxy are used to hold small parts in place on the circuit board.
- Magnetic adhesive ring is magnetic with a polymer sticky tape.
- The USB-C cable included uses copper wire to conduct energy, liquid crystal polymer (LCP; a plastic) to insulate the copper wire and house the charging ends and aluminum adapters.
