How long is standard shipping?

Orders placed by 12PM EST for in stock inventory are shipped the same business day. During seasonal or unexpected peak volumes it can take longer for orders to ship.

Free standard shipping gets your order to you 2-12 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Business days refer to Monday – Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Where is my order?

Before reaching out, please check your email to find the last communicated status of your order. We send real-time communications to keep you up to date.

Once your order has shipped out of our fulfillment center, you will receive tracking information. Track the parcel with the carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or ePacket using their web tools.

If you forget which shipping method you selected you can find this information in your Order Confirmation email, which is sent immediately after you placed the order. Check your Spam folder if you cannot find the Order Confirmation email.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. Currently, we ship all products within the US states and territories for free shipping.

For additional shipping and handling fee charges, paid by the customer, we will ship our products everywhere.

Can I change my order or shipment address?

Our team sends inbound orders to the fulfillment warehouse quickly, to get your order shipped to you fast.

You can edit/update/remove items before completing your order. After this point, changes may not be possible as the order information has already been sent to the warehouse. To see if it is possible to update your order please contact us at sales@keybuildingblocks.com as soon as possible.

If the wrong shipping address is entered you will be responsible for contacting the resident of the address to try and receive your order.

If you entered an address that does not exist, the order will make its way back to our fulfillment center. Upon receiving, our Fulfillment Team can then redirect your order to your correct address.

Key Building Blocks is not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Key Building Blocks also reserves the right not to issue a refund for product costs on orders never received, as a result of the incorrect details provided.

My credit card was charged more than once for my order!

If you tried to place an order and received an issue or saw an error message, and then you placed a separate order successfully, your credit card summary may show multiple authorized charges.

These multiple “authorizations” are not actual charges and will be refunded back to your account shortly by your card provider.

According to the tracking link, my order was delivered but I have not received anything?

Before contacting us, we recommend looking all over your property to see if the shipping carrier may have left your package in a safe location away from the view of the public.

If you live in an apartment complex, your package may have been delivered to a parcel locker (you should have been given a key or passcode to such an access locker) or to the Leasing or Complex Manager’s Office.

Also note, especially during the holiday peak season, shippers may show a package as delivered a few hours or day before it actually arrives. The shipping carrier’s actions are outside of our control.
