Materials used to build this wireless charger:
- Wireless charging station case is made of a ABS and PC plastic composition. The PC material is fire-resistant.
- The internal technology of the charger is made of a dual copper coil, 2 single copper coils, bonding agents and a circuit board made of zinc, aluminum, copper, solder paste and glass fabric. Flame-resistant solvents/epoxy are used to hold small parts in place on the circuit board.
- The USB-C cable included uses copper wire to conduct energy, liquid crystal polymer (LCP; a plastic) to insulate the copper wire and house the charging ends and aluminum adapters.
